Pay Rate: $17.00 – $25.00/hr on W2 depending on experience
Location: Onsite – Shreveport, LA, 71129
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Additional Information: Standard Driver’s License and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) are required
Job Summary:
The Candidate Relations Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the recruiter and workforce manager throughout the talent acquisition process. This position ensures a seamless candidate experience by assisting with sourcing, scheduling, onboarding, and administrative tasks. The coordinator is responsible for managing logistics, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional communication to candidates and internal stakeholders. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while delivering high-quality outcomes.
Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and manage hiring events, ensuring smooth execution and positive candidate experience.
* Schedule candidate interviews and maintain accurate calendars.
* Arrange NEST enrollments for new hires and ensure timely completion.
* Send welcome emails and provide onboarding support to new hires.
* Track and monitor work order progress in Fieldglass to ensure compliance and timely updates.
* Assist with setting up employee profiles in the company directory.
* Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the manager to support recruitment and workforce operations.
Qualifications:
* High School Diploma or equivalent.
* 3+ years’ experience in an administrative support role.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, Bookings, Forms), PDF editing tools (Adobe Acrobat, Foxit)
* Demonstrate discretion and have the ability to handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality.
* Personable, approachable and able to build positive relationships.
* Highly flexible and effective in navigating shifting priorities and multitasking demands.
* Creative thinker with a continuous improvement mindset and a commitment to delivering high quality outcomes.
* Demonstrates strong problem-solving abilities and sound decision-making skills.

* Able to clearly articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
* Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
* Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship
