We’re Hiring! Our key client in the Legal industry is looking for additional members to their team. We have a Medical Record Review Associate role on the team.
Pay Rate: $31/hour on W2
Work Type: Onsite
Duration: 3-month contract with possible extension
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensures excellent customer service internally and/or externally.
* Generates required program reports or documentation accurately and on-time.
* Actively participates in the development of departmental procedures and process documentation.
* Uses subject matter expertise in everyday tasks to meet the team’s objectives, make recommendations based on the interpretation/synthesis of data, and assess team needs to determine action.
* Proactively identifies opportunities for process improvement.
* Assists in the planning and/or execution of special projects.
* Ensures the protection of sensitive information.
* Resolves technical and subject matter issues.
* Collaborating with others to identify and resolve issues or process improvements.
* Acts as a liaison within group and throughout organization to meet client needs and coordinate service delivery.
* Adhering to standard operating procedures (SOP’s).
* Assisting with the creation, documentation, and implementation of departmental procedures.
* Participating in meetings and being a dependable resource on assigned projects.
* Assists management with escalations when applicable.
* Assists with training.
* Effectively escalates issues and acts as first point of escalation for Associate I.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field or 1-3 years equivalent work experience.
* 3 plus years of experience working in specialized area related to this role.
* Demonstrates outstanding internal and external client service skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Effective problem-solving ability.
* Able to adapt to constantly changing environment.
* Accustomed to successfully meeting critical deadlines.
* Must be able to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
