Direct Hire – Office Services Manager
- Pay Rate: $75,000 – $95,000 Annually
- Location: Boston, MA 02111 (Onsite)
- Work Hours: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM | Some flexibility needed | Must be punctual and hands-on
Raise is currently hiring a contract team member on behalf of our client. They’re expanding their team to meet growing needs, making this a unique opportunity to work with an industry leader.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office services operations including:
- Copy/Print/Scan
- Reception coverage (when receptionist is on break)
- Coffee bar staffing (2 hours AM + 2 hours PM)
- Manage, coach, and develop a high-performing supervisor and team.
- Conduct operational reviews and identify areas for improvement.
- Work closely with the client to offer solutions, not just take direction.
- Be a working manager – willing to roll up sleeves and assist when needed.
- Strong emphasis on hospitality and attention to detail.
- Support and lead small-scale events as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Experience: 7–10+ years in office services management.
- Background in hospitality or legal industry preferred (but open).
- Strong leadership and coaching capabilities.
- High confidence; must be able to communicate at the client’s level.
- Dynamic, high-energy personality – 50% of the “fit” is personality.
- Keen operational eye – able to spot inefficiencies and drive change.
- Must be comfortable offering opinions/solutions, not just taking orders.
- Proactive and autonomous, yet a team player.
